Once we have completed the design and initial specifications for your project we will begin compiling bids for every aspect of your project.

In most cases, Design Specialty Builders will be bidding the rough framing, painting and custom finish carpentry using our own team of talented craftsmen. This helps us to maintain our high level of quality and to avoid project delays. For all other aspects of the building process we work with sub contractors that have proven their quality is up to par with our standards.

Once all bids have been returned from our sub-contractors we will compile them to give you real pricing on the cost of the project. We maintain a transparent bidding process so all bids are open to client review. At this point we can make adjustments to the project as needed and re-bid the job if necessary.

After the final home design and budget are approved we will provide a construction contract to initiate the building process.
