Erik Arnetveit
Erik learned the art of building high-quality homes at a young age as he spent summers on the job with his father, learning from the bottom up. He joined Design Specialty Builders full time in 1997 after earning a bachelor's degree in construction management and a minor in business from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and took on ownership of the company in 2017. Erik works with clients from concept through completion–overseeing all aspects of each project and ensuring the highest standards of building are delivered to his clients.

Nate joined Design Specialty Builders in 2018 as a project manager. He received his bachelor's degree in construction management with a minor in business and entrepreneurship from University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Nate ensures that each construction phase runs smoothly, from initial concept through final execution. From job scheduling and bidding to product ordering a navigating complex challenges, Nate's is a go-to person for crew and clients alike.
Linda Kallas
Linda, the office administrator at Design Specialty Builders, keeps the workplace running smoothly. With a talent for multitasking, she manages everything from accounting to office logistics. She ensures that daily operations are efficient, allowing the entire team to focus on what they do best. Linda has been with Design Specialty builders since 2006 and completed her degree in accounting at University of Wisconsin Madison.
